Shipping
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail, either First Class or Tracked 48 depending on order amount and/or preferences. All ready-to-ship products will be dispatched within 2 working days. Personalised and custom orders will be dispatched according to the timescale in your confirmation email. Where there is a mix of ready-to-ship and custom products we will wait and dispatch as one parcel when all items are ready.

Card orders sent direct to recipient are mailed stamped. All other orders will have printed address labels. If you have requested gift presentation, this refers to the packaging inside the outer container.

We endeavour where possible to reuse packaging and only use recyclable materials. All orders are carefully packed to ensure the contents arrive safely.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch! We are happy to process returns and exchanges provided you contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will then advise you on the process. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note: all custom and personalised orders are non-refundable. If your item has arrived damaged or defective please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Payment
Orders placed through our online store are subject to receipt of full payment prior to dispatch. Payment processing is through Square UK.

For bespoke orders and quotes you will be given a full breakdown of payments options, but typically we require a 50% deposit at the point of booking, with final payment prior to dispatch. You will be invoiced through Square for secure online payment.
